i just know how much health means..
some people who is healthy, never think about taking a good care of their health..they are ruining their health instead..
but for people who isn't healthy, who's biggest dream is to be healthy, they try and try to hold on and do anything that can make them healthier than they are now..

i used to be the people who never care about my own health..
i used to think that i'm still young, diseases can't get me that easy..
i never know why she forbid me to drink anything like Teh Botol or else..
but tonight i finally know..
it's because she scared, scared with all those drinks and foods that is very unhealthy.. and she don't want anything happen to me..
that's why she forbid me..
and i just feel .. ashamed that i never care to my own health, while someone else even care about it more than myself..
and tonight i promised to myself and to her (even though i haven't said this to her) , that i'll pay more attention to my health..and take care of it.

For all the people who is healthy out there, please take care of your health, don't ruin it just because of the word FUN and WANT.

P.S : Thanks to HS that opened my mind about health. And thanks to her sister too, she indirectly opened my mind too.. :)
